Obama’s H1N1 Emergency Declaration: Is Martial Law Unfolding?

Obama has declared a 2009 H1N1 swine flu a national emergency. It is not clear if this declaration falls under the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601–1651). The act is not mentioned in media reports.
The National Emergencies Act was passed in 1976. It has been extended six times. In 2007, the declaration was strengthened with the issuance of National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51) which gave the president the authority to do whatever he deems necessary in a vaguely defined “catastrophic emergency” including everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution.
NSPD-51 (National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive) is unconstitutional. It was created on May 4, 2007, as a “presidential directive” (bypassing Congress) and signed by George W. Bush. It claims the power to execute procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a “catastrophic emergency.” Such an emergency is construed as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.” In other words, it is a martial law directive. On May 10, 2007, The Washington Post characterized NSPD-51 is a “shadow government” directive.
The John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2007 states that the military may be used during a “national emergency.” Sec 1076 is extremely explicit, notes Michel Chossudovsky, and “virtually creates a Pinochet style environment for the mass arrest of political dissidents without trial, the storming of public rallies, etc.”
NDAA specifically mentions “epidemic” as an excuse to declare martial law.
Prior to Warner and NSPD-51, legislation passed by the Clinton administration allowed the military to intervene in judicial and civilian law enforcement activities. In 1996, legislation was passed which allowed the military to intervene in the case of a national emergency. In 1999, Clinton’s Defense Authorization Act (DAA) extended those powers (under the 1996 legislation) by creating an “exception” to the Posse Comitatus Act, which permits the military to be involved in civilian affairs “regardless of whether there is an emergency,” according to Chossudovsky.
In 2005, a month after Hurricane Rita, a so-called bird flu “crisis” was hyped by the government and the corporate media. “I am concerned about avian flu. I’m concerned about what an avian flu outbreak could mean for the United States and the world… I have thought through the scenarios of what an avian flu outbreak could mean,” Bush declared at the time. “One option is the use of a military that’s able to plan and move. So that’s why I put it on the table. I think it’s an important debate for Congress to have” (emphasis added).
Bush’s directive, signed two years later, did not bother to involve Congress in the “debate.”
Obama’s declaration of a national emergency sets the stage for forced vaccination and internment of people who refuse to be vaccinated.
In January, the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in Congress. It calls for the establishment of six national emergency centers in major regions in the US to be located on existing military installations to be used to quarantine people in the case of a public health emergency or forced vaccination program. HR 645 remains in committee.
The H1N1 “crisis” is a manufactured crisis. As noted earlier today, a CBS investigative report reveals that H1N1 flu cases are not as prevalent as we are told by the government, the CDC, WHO, and the corporate media. The so-called epidemic is bogus.
Millions of people are refusing to take the H1N1 vaccine. In the weeks ahead — if Obama’s emergency declaration falls under the above directives — we may witness a move toward martial law, forced vaccination, and internment of those who refuse.
At best, Obama’s declaration is a flimsy attempt to scare people into taking the toxic soft kill vaccination. Let’s hope this is the case.

Hitachi Develops RFID Powder

RFID keeps getting smaller. On February 13, Hitachi unveiled a tiny, new “powder” type RFID chip measuring 0.05 x 0.05 mm — the smallest yet — which they aim to begin marketing in 2 to 3 years.
By relying on semiconductor miniaturization technology and using electron beams to write data on the chip substrates, Hitachi was able to create RFID chips 64 times smaller than their currently available 0.4 x 0.4 mm mu-chips. Like mu-chips, which have been used as an anti-counterfeit measure in admission tickets, the new chips have a 128-bit ROM for storing a unique 38-digit ID number.
The new chips are also 9 times smaller than the prototype chips Hitachi unveiled last year, which measure 0.15 x 0.15 mm. At 5 microns thick, the RFID chips can more easily be embedded in sheets of paper, meaning they can be used in paper currency, gift certificates and identification. But since existing tags are already small enough to embed in paper, it leads one to wonder what new applications the developers have in mind. Fuji Sankei

An insidious brainwashing program set to be launched next week will “organically” weave the government’s political propaganda into prime time network television shows, with positive talking points about Obama’s environmental, bailout, health care and “servitude” agenda being seamlessly integrated into the content of dramas, reality shows and comedies.
Under the auspices of a program run by the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), network TV shows will be used to promote “service and volunteerism” on behalf of the public as part of a “week-long of television programming on all four leading broadcast networks – ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and all affiliated broadcast and cable properties as well, and other networks, beginning October 19.”
According to the EIF press release, “Network shows that will feature volunteerism in some way during the week of Oct 19th,” include the following.

Despite the fact that this was announced back in September, a new investigation by John Nolte has revealed all kinds of surreptitious connections that give a solid indication of what we can expect to be promoted by the TV shows that will effectively be under government control from Monday onwards.
Not only will program makers prostrate themselves to push Obama’s lies about health care, banker bailouts, global warming and creepy public service programs that border on mandatory volunteerism, but they will also lead unsuspecting victims of their brainwashing into the arms of groups like Planned Parenthood.
“Doing the work the Kamikaze Media (many of whom are participating in this event rather than digging for the story) refuses, and with the help of Big Government’s Dana Loesch, Patrick and Stage Right have discovered that when it comes to this White House – whether it’s the NEA conference calls or EIF’s iParticipate programming — all roads funnel into one place: online volunteer portals, including Serve.gov, where if you plug in “health care” all kinds of Planned Parenthood openings pop up along with a video dispelling those ugly “myths” knocking ObamaCare,” writes Nolte.
As a subsequent Big Hollywood report points out, the websites being promoted by the “I Participate” campaign are little more than gateways to organizations like Planned Parenthood and their slice of Obama’s health care agenda, “reproductive freedom,” otherwise known as abortion, otherwise known as killing babies.
Since the websites that act as gateways for Planned Parenthood are being pushed on shows like So You Think You Can Dance, which is popular with teenage girls, the agenda is clear.
“As I said, my nine-year-old daughter loves “So You Think You Can Dance.” My wife and I are very careful. We watch the show first and record it via DVR. Then, the next day, if any of the dances are a bit risqué’ we skip through them,” writes Stage Right. “Of course we skip through the commercials because they are often too adult for her. I suppose the week of October 19th we’re going to have to skip most of the shows lest she be encouraged to go to a website promoting an abortion clinic.”
The website also leads to an instructional video about how to regurgitate Obama’s talking points on health care.
“This nifty bit of propaganda encourages you to troll on blogs and leave comments, call in to talk radio shows and generally be annoying when people discuss ObamaCare by injecting Administration talking points found on AARP’s web page under the Orwellian header ”Myths vs. Facts,” reports Stage Right.
Another item that is just a quick search away from the website that will be pushed on network TV next week encourages people to become ‘Global Warming Ambassadors’ for the National Wildlife Fund, which is a firm supporter of Obama’s Cap and Trade agenda.
This isn’t the first time the corporate networks have prostituted their integrity and handed over control of their content to the Obama administration. Back in June, ABC News mimicked the likes of Communist China and North Korea by completely turning its news coverage over to the government and excluding any dissenting opinions to promote President Obama’s health care agenda.
Indeed, Rupert Murdoch’s Twentieth Century Fox corporation has admitted to planting political brainwashing within its globally popular TV shows and indeed boasts that it is proud of the fact. A corporate video shows Fox executives and stars of its universally recognized shows bragging about how they use the platform of hit shows that are broadcast worldwide to implant messages about the supposed threat of global warming. If all this wasn’t disturbing enough, one of the “I Paticipate” initiative’s main protagonists is none other than Ashton Kutcher, who along with Demi Moore produced one of the creepiest You Tube videos ever made, in which celebrities pledge their servitude to Barack Obama and encourage everyone to do the same as they repeat mantras with cult-like zeal.
The fact that corporate TV outlets are openly writing scripts and editing content to incorporate government propaganda, added to the fact that they act like this is some kind of wonderful service to the American people, is a damning indictment of just how deep the alphabet soup networks are in the pocket of the establishment.
It also underscores exactly why they are losing viewers to the Internet and alternative media at an alarming speed while hypocritically attacking the alternative media for being untrustworthy.
We’ll leave it to the reader to decide for themselves. Who’s the most trustworthy? The muckraking blogger or the legions of corporate media whores who brazenly hand over their editorial control to the government and then celebrate the fact as if it’s a major achievement?

Flu Vaccine Brainwashing In Prime Time ABC Show
A prime time ABC drama show that aired last week featured an almost subliminal example of brainwashing that encouraged people to take the swine flu shot, proving that the propaganda campaign to sell people on the government’s health agenda is widespread and not just confined to this week’s admitted campaign to implant suggestive messages in network TV broadcasts.
As we reported recently, starting on Monday, the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and the government launched an insidious brainwashing program aimed at “organically” weaving the government’s political propaganda into prime time network television shows, with positive talking points about Obama’s environmental, bailout, health care and “servitude” agenda being seamlessly integrated into the content of dramas, reality shows and comedies.
The fact that this is taking place right now is not an invention of paranoid conspiracy theorists, it was admitted by the organizations involved who put out a press release bragging about how helpful they were being to society by implanting such brainwashing into the plots of network TV shows.
Scores of the most popular shows on ABC, FOX, CBS and NBC airing this week will be littered with government talking points, putting the United States on a par with countries like North Korea and Communist China, who similarly implant state propaganda into soap operas and dramas.
However, the notion that such propaganda is merely confined to a single broadcast week is a complete misnomer.

A reader e mailed us screenshots from the science-fiction series FlashForward, which is currently airing on ABC. The scene occurs 26 minutes 30 seconds into the fourth episode, which was broadcast last Thursday. The image shows a computer screen and on it a web page with a prominently featured advertisement that reads, “Time for Your Flu Shot.” Another ad immediately to the right of this reads, “Take It Now!” The web page was obviously manufactured deliberately for the scene because the URL in the address bar is not a real website.

Internet game that awards points for people spotting real crimes on CCTV is branded 'snooper's paradise'

A new internet game is about to be launched which allows 'super snooper' players to plug into the nation's CCTV cameras and report on members of the public committing crimes.
The 'Internet Eyes' service involves players scouring thousands of CCTV cameras installed in shops, businesses and town centres across Britain looking for law-breakers.
Players who help catch the most criminals each month will win cash prizes up to £1,000.

The Internet Eyes' website will also feature a rogue's gallery of the so-called 'criminals' along with a list of their offences and which internet user caught them.
But civil rights campaigners today condemned the game, which launches in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, next month, and branded it 'a snoopers paradise'.
They claim nosey neighbours could snoop on homeowners putting the wrong rubbish in bins and even motorists guilty of the most minor misdemeanors. But businessman Tony Morgan, a former restaurant owner, said it would give local businesses protection against petty criminals, and act as a deterrent once 'Internet Eyes patrol here' signs are prominently displayed.
He will charge those who use the service, which could eventually include local authorities and even police forces as well as shop owners, £20 a week per camera to have their CCTV included on the site - amounting to thousands each year.
He said: 'This could turn out to be the best crime prevention weapon there's ever been.
'I wanted to combine the serious business of stopping crime with the incentive of winning money.
'There are over four million CCTV cameras in the UK and only one in a thousand gets watched.
'Crimes are bound to get missed but this way people the cameras will be watched by lots of people 24-hours-a-day. 'It gives people something better to do than watching Big Brother when everyone is asleep.
'We've had a lot of interest from local businesses and hope to roll it out nationwide and then worldwide.'
He said the team had seen a wave of support and denied that liberties were being affected.
'There are more than four million cameras in the UK so everybody is on camera already, it is just that no one is watching the cameras.'
Players collect points by watching the cameras, which show CCTV images in real-time, and click a button every time they see something suspicious taking place.
An SMS or text message, along with a still image of the alleged crime, is sent to whoever controls the camera. They can then decide whether or not to take action. The camera controller will send a feedback email back to the player indicating whether a crime has taken place.
Players are awarded one point for spotting a suspected crime and three points if they see someone committing an actual crime. Players also lose points if the camera operator rules that the alert was not a crime.
The game has been condemned by civil rights campaigners who claim it will encourage people to spy and snitch on each other. Charles Farrier, director of the No-CCTV pressure group, said: 'It is an appalling idea for a game and will create a snoopers paradise.
'It is something which should be nipped in the bud immediately. It will not only encourage a dangerous spying mentality by turning crime into a game but also could lead to dangerous civil rights abuses. 'What if a group of racists decide to send alerts every time a black person is seen on screen and what's stopping criminals using the cameras to scope out where to commit crimes.'
James Woodward, head of the technical team for Internet Eyes, which is based in Devon and Stratford-upon-Avon, said safeguards - including blocking players out for sending three incorrect alerts - would prevent the game being abused.
He said: 'For privacy reasons users will not know the location of the cameras. They will find it very difficult to work out where the camera is.
'It is possible that someone who is blocked out could see a crime taking place but be unable to alert the operator. 'But it is probably safe to assume someone else looking at the same camera will raise the alarm. 'Whoever has a CCTV camera, be it the police, local authorities or business or home owners can sign up to have their cameras watched. We hope to include police cameras very soon.'
The game will initially use CCTV cameras in shops and businesses in Stratford-upon-Avon but will be rolled out across Britain by December before going worldwide next year.
Last month it was revealed that Britain has 4.2 million CCTV cameras - the equivalent of one per 14 people - one-and-a-half-times as many as Communist China.

The creation of a European superstate has moved a step closer, after the Irish people voted to accept the Lisbon Treaty, paving the way for a powerful new President of Europe.
In a result greeted with relief in Downing Street and dismay in the Tory Party, more than two-thirds of the Irish electorate voted Yes in the country’s second referendum on the treaty.
The ballot, hailed by European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso as ‘a great day for Ireland and for Europe’, followed a frantic campaign by pro-Europeans to reverse Ireland’s overwhelming No vote last year. Now, only Poland and the Czech Republic of the EU’s 27 countries have yet to approve it.
Critics say the treaty, which aims to ‘streamline’ EU institutions to mimic the functions of a nation state, represents the biggest threat to British sovereignty since the invasion of William the Conqueror in 1066.
Tony Blair is strongly tipped to be anointed as the new European President, possibly within weeks, creating a headache for David Cameron as he heads to Manchester for his party conference.
The Conservative leader says a Tory Government would hold a British referendum on the treaty if it had not been fully ratified when the party came to power, but refuses to be drawn on what its position would be if the treaty was already in force.

The current demonization of Iran sounds awful familiar; Nuclear threat, WMD's, the need to bring "democracy" to the oppressed people. Anyone remember this? Just a different talking head in Washington this time. It's instructive to remember the report released last year from Lockheed calling for a war to help produce higher profits. With Israel getting clearance from Saudi Arabia to fly sorties into Iran over Saudi airspace we appear to be getting closer and closer to yet another NWO planned and executed war. Too bad God is dead 'cause we could sure use some help here.

Another War in the Works

Does anyone remember all the lies that they were told by President Bush and the “Main Stream Media” about the grave threat to America from weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? These lies were repeated endlessly in the print and TV media despite the reports from the weapons inspectors, who had been sent to Iraq, that no such weapons existed.
The weapons inspectors did an honest job in Iraq and told the truth, but the mainstream media did not emphasize their findings. Instead, the media served as a Ministry of Propaganda, beating the war drums for the US government. Now the whole process is repeating itself. This time the target is Iran. As there is no real case against Iran, Obama took a script from Bush’s playbook and fabricated one.
First the facts: As a signatory to the non-proliferation treaty, Iran’s nuclear facilities are open to inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency, which carefully monitors Iran’s nuclear energy program to make certain that no material is diverted to nuclear weapons.
The IAEA has monitored Iran’s nuclear energy program and has announced repeatedly that it has found no diversion of nuclear material to a weapons program.
All 16 US intelligence agencies have affirmed and reaffirmed that Iran abandoned interest in nuclear weapons years ago.
In keeping with the safeguard agreement that the IAEA be informed before an enrichment facility comes online, Iran informed the IAEA on September 21 that it had a new nuclear facility under construction. By informing the IAEA, Iran fulfilled its obligations under the safeguards agreement. The IAEA will inspect the facility and monitor the nuclear material produced to make sure it is not diverted to a weapons program.
Despite these unequivocal facts, Obama announced on September 25 that Iran has been caught with a “secret nuclear facility” with which to produce a bomb that would threaten the world.
The Obama regime’s claim that Iran is not in compliance with the safeguards agreement is disinformation. Between the end of 2004 and early 2007, Iran voluntarily complied with an additional protocol (Code 3.1) that was never ratified and never became a legal part of the safeguards agreement. The additional protocol would have required Iran to notify the IAEA prior to beginning construction of a new facility, whereas the safeguards agreement in force requires notification prior to completion of a new facility.
Iran ceased its voluntary compliance with the unratified additional protocol in March 2007, most likely because of the American and Israeli misrepresentations of Iran’s existing facilities and military threats against them. By accusing Iran of having a secret “nuclear weapons program” and demanding that Iran “come clean” about the nonexistent program, adding that he does not rule out a military attack on Iran, Obama mimics the discredited Bush regime’s use of nonexistent Iraqi “weapons of mass destruction” to set up Iraq for invasion.
The US media, even the “liberal” National Public Radio, quickly fell in with the Obama lie machine. Steven Thomma of the McClatchy Newspapers declared the non-operational facility under construction, which Iran reported to the IAEA, to be “a secret nuclear facility.”
Thomma, reported incorrectly that the world didn’t learn of Iran’s “secret” facility, the one that Iran reported to the IAEA the previous Monday, until Obama announced it in a joint appearance in Pittsburgh the following Friday with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Obviously, Thomma has no command over the facts, a routine inadequacy of “mainstream media” reporters. The new facility was revealed when Iran voluntarily reported the facility to the IAEA on September 21.
Ali Akbar Dareini, an Associated Press writer, reported, incorrectly, over AP: “The presence of a second uranium-enrichment site that could potentially produce material for a nuclear weapon has provided one of the strongest indications yet that Iran has something to hide.”
Dareini goes on to write that “the existence of the secret site was first revealed by Western intelligence officials and diplomats on Friday.”
Dareini is mistaken. We learned of the facility when the IAEA announced that Iran had reported the facility the previous Monday in keeping with the safeguards agreement.
Dareini’s untruthful report of “a secret underground uranium enrichment facility whose existence has been hidden from international inspectors for years” helped to heighten the orchestrated alarm.
There you have it. The president of the United States and his European puppets are doing what they do best–lying through their teeth. The US “mainstream media” repeats the lies as if they were facts. The US “media” is again making itself an accomplice to wars based on fabrications. Apparently, the media’s main interest is to please the US government and hopefully obtain a taxpayer bailout of its failing print operations.
Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, a rare man of principle who has not sold his integrity to the US and Israeli governments, refuted in his report (September 7, 2009) the baseless
“accusations that information has been withheld from the Board of Governors about Iran’s nuclear programme. I am dismayed by the allegations of some Member states, which have been fed to the media, that information has been withheld from the Board. These allegations are politically motivated and totally baseless. Such attempts to influence the work of the Secretariat and undermine its independence and objectivity are in violation of Article VII.F. of the IAEA Statute and should cease forthwith.”
As there is no legal basis for action against Iran, the Obama regime is creating another hoax, like the non-existent “Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.” The hoax is that a facility, reported to the IAEA by Iran, is a secret facility for making nuclear weapons.

Soldier Claims Authorities Training To Intern Americans Who Refuse Swine Flu Shot

In a YouTube video a soldier claims she has trained with California police to set-up checkpoints and force vaccinations on the public. Those who refuse will be boarded on a bus and taken to a concentration camp. She includes a photo of an RFID device she claims will be used to track people and materiel. She says the military and police will use electronic bracelets to track the vaccinated.
Former Kansas state trooper Greg Evensen underscored this claim last week. “Have you been made aware of the massive roadblock plans to stop all travelers for a vaccine bracelet (stainless steel band with a micro-chip on board) that will force you to take the shot?” Evensen wrote on July 29. “Refuse it? You will be placed on a prison bus and taken to a quarantine camp. What will you do when your children are NOT allowed into school without the shot? What will you do when you are not allowed into the workplace without the vaccine paperwork? Buy groceries? Go to the bank? Shop anywhere?? Get on a plane, bus or train? Use the toilet in the mall? Nope. Police officers will become loathed, feared, despised and remembered for their ‘official’ duties. Mr. Evensen made the above comment at an event in Texas:
VeriChip shares jump after H1N1 patent license win

(Reuters) - Shares of VeriChip Corp (CHIP.O) tripled after the company said it had been granted an exclusive license to two patents, which will help it to develop implantable virus detection systems in humans.
The patents, held by VeriChip partner Receptors LLC, relate to biosensors that can detect the H1N1 and other viruses, and biological threats such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VeriChip said in a statement.
The technology will combine with VeriChip's implantable radio frequency identification devices to develop virus triage detection systems.
The triage system will provide multiple levels of identification -- the first will identify the agent as virus or non-virus, the second level will classify the virus and alert the user to the presence of pandemic threat viruses and the third level will identify the precise pathogen, VeriChip said in a white paper published May 7, 2009.
Shares of VeriChip were up 186 percent at $3.28 Monday late afternoon trade on Nasdaq. They had touched a year high of $3.43 earlier in the session.
